We have a camp in Dularge and Harry Burg is only about 10 minutes from the camp. All I know is the permit is $300 a year to hunt Harry Burg. I have few Uncles that hunt there and they did pretty good last year. It just depends year to year. Some years are better than others, but there are definately more ducks on the Harry Burg property than the surrounding marsh. I'm not sure who you have to contact, but if I find out I'll let you know. Just keep in mind that the water gets extremly low back there late winter.
I hunted that property for several years with mixed results. back in the 'day' the amount of ducks was unreal but salt water intrusion and subsidence has altered the marsh a bit. It no longer holds any type of feed what so ever. The mottled duck population in that area has also crashed not to mention you can only shoot one a day now. It really isn't worth the money you have to pay to hunt that area anymore. Ducks dont stay there because there is no food. You may have a good hunt every now and then around a front but the shooting only lasts a day then the ducks are gone. The second split gets really hard out there because all the water gets sucked out with the north winds then good luck even getting close to your blind. I have been hunting the wax the last several years and the amount of ducks out that way is unreal. You really have to do some scouting and put in some time but the results can be rewarding. Good luck
ANYONE?!
