The crew with their haul plus a few for the house.
They are abotu the quality of 2lb blue cats from teh river. Which I have eaten plenty of in my day. Main reason I think no one eats them is we have so many trout and reds. It basically takes one extra step of trimmin' red meat off the top of the filet which is very easy with an electric knife. I figure if someone is gunna eat it, I drove out here to catch food, I'm going to 'make groceries' out of them.
nice haul capt. is see some gaftops, you keep those or did your clients want to keep them, do you eat them, i have heard of people eating them, i have only kept one before cleaned it and it was mostly 'red meat' so i didn't mess with it or any more like it after that
