FYI, it is illegal to in any way molest or harass sea turtles, it's a federal law and they do enforce it strictly. Catching and pulling one out of the water definitely would qualify. Not meaning to get in your business, but just trying to save you are anyone else a major ticket.

Maybe the turtle was hooked on accident and he had to pull it up to remove the hook. Thanks for sharing, that is a cool pic!

I think the point Donald B is trying to make is that it may not have been the best decision to post a picture on a public forum. By posting the picture and story, you may have just incriminated yourselves.

Ummmmm i thought it was good deed to release it but way some of you sound don't touch it leave it hooked you'll go to Jail unhooking it. Do know how many area caught by be accident i understand its not legal@all to fool w/it But some of you are unreal&you know who u are
