I took my wife out for an afternoon of redfish and bass fishing. We struggled a little until we found the honey hole. The redfish and bass were blowing up on the water. We trolled in and the first cast found a nice redfish. We were catching bass and redfish steady on bayou chubs in any color on a 1/4oz leadhead. I made the switch to a 1/4oz excalibur gold rattle trap and it went from steady to off the hook. We caught and released bass and redfish all evening. What a great trip, the wife loves to catch fish, she is not too much into the scouting for fish as I call it.

I am booking for evening/night trips. Leave the dock at 3pm and fish until midnight at the lighted rigs and camps for redfish and trout.
