Crazy trout action is the best way to describe what happened to us today in Dularge, I had Brad and Marguerite Crooks onboard today and they must have brought a lucky rabbit foot with them or something.
It was 2 at time trout action from the second I put the troll motor in the water at our first stop, neither Brad or Marguerite had ever had a double hook up but that all changed in hurry for them today. . We could actually see the trout coming out of the water chasing shrimp and bait fish for several hundred yards all around us, even after stopping to wait out a huge storm on the coast we limited out before 8:30am. It was to early to call it a day so we went and caught a few Redfish and Marguerite even caught a Bass. Bait color was not important today as they hit everything we threw at them.
They where a great couple to fish with and made my job easy becsuse these 2 really know how to fish, I'm sure they will remeber this trip for sometime.
