Wednesday morning box shot

A few fish is better than none!!

Got 2 reports from this week:
Before work I have been hitting my early morning spot. Fished for a little over an hour each day only to have a skunk in the box all week except for Wednesday. Ended up with 3 decent trout all caught on plastic 2' under a cork.
Today's report:
Got the okay from the wife for an early morning trip to scout out the "Big Bridge" before taking the kiddos to the zoo. Launched the "Green Minnow" at about 6:15am and headead to the mighty bridge. When I hit the bridge I along with everyone else was greeted with a NNE wind around 5-10mph. More on the 10mph side and picking up all morning. There were quite a few boats out there today. To my supprise the water was fairly clean. Started jigging along with the wind and it was pretty slow. The trout must have taken the day off cause I couldn't find any takers. Missed a few bites and finished the morning at around 10:00am with 3 flounders in the box. The flounders were all caught on different lures, Saltwater Assassin (chicken on a chain), Deadly Dudley baychovie (blue moon)& Hybird Flurry (pink lemonade) on a 3/8 oz jighead. Hope the water continues to clear up and the winds lay down. Hope all who were out there had some luck in those conditions.
