Fished out of Dulac all day Saturday despite the wind and lack of water. Two of us in the boat. Caught 4 trout between 3-3:30 in the afternoon after not so much as a bite all day. Probably should have brought some minnows. I wasn't expecting much but couldn't stay home another day. In a couple more weeks the catching should start. At least the 20 knot winds kept the gnats off of us...they were BRUTAL in any kind of protection.
