start with a crock pot, put in 6 breasts,and 6 sliced up gizzards, 2 cups of onions, 2 cups of celery, 1 cup of bell pepper, 2 tbs minced garlic, tony's to taste,1/2 cup chicken stock and a dash of olive oil. Crock till gizzard strips are soft, pull out the breast bonez, serve over sticky short grain rice with potato salad and garlic bread. Your choice of drink is optional, I likes my ice tea.
they are great to eat. cook 'em in a pot w/ some brown gravy and rice. or cut up some breasts into thin strips, beat'em and fry'em up. most old timers prefer them over ducks
