Offshore Fishing in Fourchon / Grand Isle in Southeast Louisiana

My buddies bringing his boat down this weekend and we heading out of Fourchon to catch some tuna, aj's, wahoo, etc.... Would anyone be so kind as to please give us some suggestions on rigs that have been producing lately? Thanks yall.
