When I used to run traps I had a rabbit in a trap with it`s head missing. I didn`t know what did it. So, I set the trap back, sprinkled some blood all around it and tossed the rabbit in the creek. When I came back the next morning I had a great horned owl in the trap. I dont know if they love rabbit brains or just making sure it does not run off while they are gone. possum

i was floating the bayou friday and shot a duck, before i could get to it an owl swooped down and took it.

Basinboy...that's a good pic...and a majestic bird !!!...almost every evening at dark I watch one that sit's on "his" branch in my back yard...they take a rabbit now and then...mostly field mice and snakes...but he's also been "eyeing me up" lately ???...cheers

It's like Christmas every time I check a camera. You just never know what your gonna have on them. There was a Bobcat that came by a little too late! lol

I may have to get the 6000 when I buy my next one. And you know how much I like the IR so other hunters can not see the flash. Great picture and them bobcats love to take pictures. LOL
