for big lake and I recieved a order #216. Why am I being charged 5.00 for shipping when your order instructions said that it would be emailed to me. Incedently I placed the order yesterday afternoon and have not received the email yet. thanks Mike

Mike,
I'm sorry about the $5.00 Shipping that showed up. That was a default in the system. You will not be charged any shipping or handling.
Also, all orders are processed in the morning, and if there is a problem, the office will contact you directly.
