I went this past weekend and only caught 1 red. The bay was to rough to look for specks. But I would think it would be pretty fresh to fresh for specks.

i can say much about the point havent been ion a while.we have been doing good on the reds in the marsg around our camp on the boston though.the water is pretty saly but if these winds don calm down it will be to muddy to find any trout.i run lines and nets for catfish comercially and actually for the first time in my life caught 2 trout this pst weekend on my jug lines and several in my hoop nets these lines where in the intercaostal canal so if there that far in they have to have some in the bay. they where all pretty good size to between 2 and 3 pounds.bummer was that i couldnt keep them.ive had one problem with the law already and dont eant another.
