Manchac lighthouse
I haven't been out there lately and one of my daughters favorite places. Can anyone tell me if the Manchac Lighthouse survived the storm? It's a piece of history we've always enjoyed.

popo139...that was a landmark...when I was a kid,had a neighbor that was a bridgetender on the Rigolets RR bridge and recall stories of quite a lot of lighthouses...but I think the Manchac was the furthest one from the Rigolets...but was the brightest...think the history went back to the Civil War...cheers
