Are they letting people down to Mrytle Grove yet or road still closed befor there?

I was going to make a trip in a few weeks to empire and put in a the back down on the river in Buras

Well, 23 is open, but it is still flooded and down to one lane in spots. Dusk to dawn curfew so don't go down and get stuck because they will not let you out. Delta Marina and Frelich's seem to have escaped any significant damage, but were not operational. Power is back on all the way to Venice for the most part. Water still not on in some areas.
