just saying u posted he said going to catch a gator then have video of it ,crazy to think that but just givin u a heads up not mean any offense , i been hunting and trapping gators in ms and have come out a few times to get gators in neighborhoods or local ponds and tickets were issued to people that were considered harrasing the gator with fishing lures when captures removed several hooks from the gators tail and leg, due to the post it could be close to that fine line of harrasment ,again no offense just not want u to get in trouble over it
i see what your saying .but i was jokeing asking him if he was going catch gators ,who would think someone would go fishing in citypark and attempt to catch a gator troy landry wouldn't.i could have said all your going to catch in citypark is a suntan with the same meaning that i ment with the gator.i lived near city park nearly 35 years and never seen a gator in there. i heard about them.you might have a point because this state will try to twist the law just to get a dollar out of you even if they know your intensions weren't to break any laws.
exactly i just warning lol its a ticketable offense to feed gators , get calls all the time for nusaince gators that are because people feed them usually a fine for feeding and a resatution fee because gator usually has to be disbatched and donated after..crazy how many situiations are found out because of a post or pic on myspace or face book it crazy what some people post spec when they know its illegal, like the guy on here that shot 38 teal in a day and posted about it and the wildlife was at his door hours later lol like said no offense just letting u know hate to see a ticket issued over a mix up, and yea thge gator population deff booming this year ms opened 4 more areas to gator hunting,
I fish city park with my son every so often and have seen a few gators, some pretty big. I find if your fishing the lagoons around the more populated areas you seldom see any. When we fish around the old golf courses where there's less activity you see a few. I have also seen quite a few snakes out there, so it's best to look before you step. I've even had a snake try and eat the perch off my stringer, so now I bring an ice chest if we decided to take a few home to fry. But there is good fishing out there for Perch, Bass, Chiclids and Catfish and a good place to teach a kid.
might not want to do that. still a crime considered harrassing wildlife can get a fine for it.pro good video but would be ill advised to post
