boat taxes
i am looking at buying a used jet ski i was wondering if i was required to pay taxes since it is used and the taxes where paid on it when it was bought new. i think you pay taxes only on the trailer but any infor would be great thanks

taxes??
you have to pay taxes on the whole thing, you only need a title on the trailer, not on the jet ski!!! dont you know every dollar is taxed at least a thousand times or more!!!

Beast, he asked about a used boat/jet ski. Unless something changed in the last 4 months, you don't pay sales tax on a used boat but you do pay taxes on the value of the trailer.
