The dog is like a toddler still at 9 months, so it's more of the owners fault for making those objects available to him. First thing I would do is try to make the things you don't want him to chew unavailable to him, and give him more things that are ok to chew bumpers, bones, raw hide, etc. Dont wait until he is chewing something nice to give him a bone he will take it as praise for what he has done and it will cause the problem to become worst. Find something he likes and is ok to chew and stick with it.
It sounds mean, but if she chooses to chew it, take it out, she don't need it! I have gone to metal food a water buckets for that same reason, as for the kennel, no kennel on a few rainy days and she may get the idea! Good Luck, she seems like a handful. Maybe try giving her things you don't mind her chewing (toys, doggy ropes, ect.) to keep her occupied, I have found they chew most when bored.
Wow, that pic of the kennel is something else. Look, dogs chew and dogs dig, its natural for them to do so. I have 2 Labs and they both chew and dig, but less now that they are older. Lots of times they are destructive when they are left alone for a long time. They are bored. If you can, try to run them as much as possiable every day. Playing fetch or biking with them on a leash for 30 min to an hour should wear them out a little. A tired dog will not dig or chew as much.
How old is the dog?
