Monday midday a few of us made our way into lake borne in search for triple tail with no luck. I thought the tide was pushing out way to hard with the west wind blowing to see them. We made our way back the the L&N bride and game on. We used live shrimp but the trout bite was way better with the shrimp creole matrix shad or cherry to shrimp carolina rigged. The 4 of us had fish all over the floor by the time we was ready to leave. This was my first time catching trout and white trout on plastics at the bridge but I think those 2 baits made the difference.
