Who wants to meet up to hunt some reds and anything catchable in the bayou at lake hermitage lake judge perez ill be in a 12ft native yak searchin for trout and reds probably fishin the pumping station are the marsh of lake judge perez

How do I get to magnolia if I was going towards the pumping station every body is talking about magnolia I dont know how to get there in a yak

Coming out of lake hermitage launch towards the pumping station would be lake hermitage to the right afte Jefferson canal is magnolia. Right now if you cross over opening they have from the levee they are working on would be magnolia marsh

Good luck to you out there. Fished last weekend out of bayboat and the rat reds are think on the magnolia side. DID get a couple of keepers. Probably no trout in there now. One place you can fish on a weekend and might see 1-2 boats. You will get stuck if you dont know you way around that marsh.
