Bayou Black?
Is Bayou Black (Turtle Bayou area) considered part of the Atchafalaya Bason? In other words, is the bass size limit 14' in Turtle Bayou area? I'm heading that way this weekend, so I don't want to keep any illegal fish.

That works for me. I figured I would ask the Marina attendant in the morning to be sure. I usually try to keep the 12 - 14' fish - very seldom do I keep fish over two pounds (I do fish a couple family ponds).

I talked to a game warden at Bob's Marina a few months ago and asked him the same question. There is NO 14' slot at Bayou Black. He told me I could keep an 8' bass if I wanted to. (Which I don't!)
