Inshore Fishing in Venice in Southeast Louisiana
Bud Ringer Ken Blanchard Party!!!
Mr. Bud and Mr. Ken came in for the annual trip to Venice to get after the trout and reds. There first two days were fair but they went out with a bang the last two days. As always these guys bring a great attitude down with them and it makes for a fun day even during the times on the water when the fish don't cooperate. These guys fished hard all four days and definitely caught there share of nice Venice specks and reds. The trout fishing down in Venice has been steady up until about a week ago when this east wind event started. We think there are still plenty to be caught but right now the high winds are protecting them. The alternative hasn't been bad with nice limits of reds and good flounder fishing in the low river system right now. Plenty of good spots to get out of the wind and catch a few down on the delta. Lots of guides working down in Venice right now catching limits of reds daily and a few flat fish to boot. Give us a call and let us line you up for some of the hot summer fishing down on the Mississippi River Delta!!! Capt. Jeff Fuscia/Delta Dawn Guide 504-382-5488.
