Finally the weather man had a wind prediction that was right and we where able to put the hurt on trout. I has Jack Whitehead, John and Little John from Baton Rouge on board today and they sure picked the right day to come down Dularge. John and John had never been saltwater fishing before today but I sure couldn't tell becsuse in no time they figured out the bite and where slinging in 18-20inch 2 at a time on our double rigs. We caught several fish on live minnows but double rigged Matrix Shads and Cocodrie Cocahoes did most of the damage today, we picked at the fish until about 8:30 and then it was like a switch was turned on and then the craziness started with double and triple hook ups , tangled lines and little John even fell out the boat while fighting a big trout, lol.

It was as good as gets today and im hoping for more of the same tomorrow. Give us a call to get in on this HOT action and big thanks to Capt Marty for setting up the trip, it was one to remember!!
