Chris....With all due respect, I think your comments are partially right and partially wrong. Yes, you are right, the new law is great, long overdue and makes sense. As to 'there IS hope' ......not quite sure if you are right on that point.

Perhaps I should have said 'there's the slight possibility of a scant chance of hope.'

I know that may even be going too far, but I can always dream!

I had the same thoughts Papa and already have a request in to the Feds to get that answered.

There's info and a scan code on the back of a driver's license that shouldn't be covered up. I'm checking to see it it will be OK to carry the duck stamp separately. I'll post a follow up when I hear back from them.

Have a lifetime lic. and already carry my Federal Duck Stamp seperate, just have to make sure that it is signed. I put the stamp in a plastic sleeve that some sporting goods store give out when a lic. is purchased.

I have always put mine on back of life time lic. The layer is getting thick. LOL
