dont have much experience on the bridge, but i will throw in my 2 cents.....night fishing in general seems to be dependent on some sort of light, and if there is a lot of moonlight then the fish will be able to see/feed all over the place; if there is no moonlight then the artificial lights coming from the bridges would seem to be an excellent place for the fish to congregate.....also, the moon phases usually coincide with tidal range (i.e. full moon=big tides) and i usually find that with a large tide it is best to fish a good distance away from those large passes....
