I posted a link last week to the Gulf of Mexico Fisheries Management Council encouraging comments on the enacted 180 day emergency plan for Triggerfish. No new comments have been posted on the site. Wondering if anyone posted and if they still are having problems with the site or if no one cares. Comments are open until 6/14/2012. It's triggerfish this time but Amberjack, Vermillion Snapper and a whole list of other fish are next. Soon we won't be able to fish at the rate things are going. Thank God that trout are in the state waters, but then again the feds are making sure we lose those rigs. Platforms are being pulled as I type this.
