Slidell. You see its construction every time passing the twinspan.

The fishing pier in the old northern (eastern?) portion of the twin spans, by Slidell. The parish webiste says it will open in the spring with no specific date.

I think it will be opening at the end of this month, from what i hear they will have live bait, bathrooms, tackle , and good fishing
