I dont have much to compare it against but I got my first bowkill with a rage 2 blade this weekend----burly hole, it was a smaller deer but It went in on oneside cut through the exit side didnt pass through completely but broke at least 2 ribs on the exit and made a huge exit hole. Entry hole I could put 4 vertical fingers into the hole. Pics are under the post I made yesterday, no problem following a blood trail at all.
i use 2 blade rage. haven't had a problem with them not opening or making too small of a cut. the skin kind of stretches open where your arrow hits so there is a good hole, and good blood. if you hit them where your supposed to then it really doesn't matter if the broad head has 2 blades or 16. look on broadheadtalk.com and you will find some great user reviews on almost any head you can think of.
