Physically, yes you can access it, legally, im pretty sure parking on the side of the interstate is frowned upon.... but i do know people who do...

There was a camp next to I10 around Gramercy at one time. Is it still there? Vehicles were in front of it on the side of the interstate.

I've wondered if those are squatters living there. There were a couple broke down cars that I believe were hauled off. Was fishing there at that old boat launch and there was a couple people living there.rnrnI too wonder if the hunting around there is any good, I've only fished in that area.

Last year the State Police Nazis were towing cars/trucks that were parked along I-10 since 'TECHNICALLY' it's illegal to park on Interstate hwys.
