My thoughts on the Saints game on Friday night. The defense looked very aggressive and completely swarmed the 49ers QB's. Loved that! The offense was way out of sync, but I am not worried one bit about them. They should again be one of the top offenses in the league. This is the deepest team the Saints have ever fielded. The only thing I see slowing them down, would be injuries. Barring that, I fully expect a very exciting, successful season. If Brees can stay healthy, the vast array of weapons at his disposal are phenomenal. The opener against the Packers should be a classic. Right off the bat we will see what we have, when the last two Super Bowl champs match up. One big factor on the success of this season will be who can win the division. The NFC south is arguably the toughest division in the league and for the Saints to win it, thy will have to play at a very high level week in and week out.
