Anybody familiar with freshwater city? Is there still a launch there? How is the road getting there? Any worries about theft? Fuel?

Haven't been in a year or so but pretty sure it's still open. Road as usual is hit or miss. Depends if motor patrol has graded it lately or not. Theft issue's I'm not sure of.
