Remington 7600 35 Remington

I have put a WANTED ad in the classifieds, but decided to take another stab in the dark at it in the reports section. I have searched nation wide on the phone, and on the internet for a Remington 7600 Carbine in 35 Remington. There is none to be had. I already have one 760 in 30-06, and two 7600's in 30-06, and I the pump guns are my favorite deer rifles. I do know of two 35 Carbines. My friend has them but will not part with them. If any of you have one or a full length gun and would consider getting rid of it let me know.............email or 225-921-7125 CASH IN HAND!

Have you checked with all of the pawn shops around here or in New Orleans? I saw exactly what you're lookin for in a pawn shop a couple of years ago.

hmm...

My brother smoked a doe at a hair over 200 yards with a marlin 336 35 rem before. It's a very good brush gun, but it'll do the trick on a pipeline as well.

Check gunsamerica. They have just about everything.

hmm...

Man that sucks. I always liked the idea of one of the old 7600s in 35. I'm pretty sure that gun was a special run limited production deal, so it doesn't suprise me that you're having a hard time finding one. Somebody somewhere has one they're looking to get rid of, hope you can find em.

Special Run

From what little I can find out Grice's Gun Shop in Penn had between 75 and 1200 made. I even talked to a guy on the phone there and he wasn't sure of the number.
