I tried to buy a tractor for $2800 from Campbell68 and this is the response I got.When I emailed her saying I would rather see the tractor and pay cash she stopped answering my emails. BEWARE
The tractor will be delivered from Amarillo, TX and the transaction will be made through SafetyPay to make sure we are handling this safely. I will try to explain you in few words how the process works. The payment will be made to SafetyPay and they will hold the payment until you will receive and approve the Kubota. Only after you receive, inspect and approve the tractor and make sure everything is as agreed they will forward the payment to me. So, this is not a blind transaction. If you are ok with this please provide me with your full name and shipping address in order to start the transaction.
