2008 - 115 / 4 stroke Mercury motor.10 pitch prop (New)
Hull 1/4in. / Deck 3/16in. House 1/8in. Top 3/8in.
Kitchen sink stainless 2 comp. w/ cabinet.
Bath - only marine toliet.
2 - 110volt AC. window units.(new)
kitchen table / 2 single bunks , room for more , I took them out.
front deck 12ft. X 12ft./ 2ft.walkway on Ea. side.
Back deck 12ft. X 8ft.w/ motor dip.
Handrails on 3 sides 1in. X 1-1/2in. alum. tubing.
Top deck is solid. can have 10 people up there.
We barbque ,, boil crabs on either deck.
Coast Guard approved Sewerage tank / 4 55 Gal. drums water w/ regulated pump.
