I have a 16' x 30' Aluminum mud boat with a 20hp Vanguard engine. Just finished refurbishing. New 9x8 stainless prop, shaft, paint, wiring (nav lights and bilge pump)replaced head gaskets and readjusted valves, new starter and solenoid, new tachometer. Boat has 7 hours run time since all new parts. Boat runs 21mph with 180lb man. 18.7 mph with (2) people (400lbs). Clean boat. Also put new Max4 seat with swivel base on crows nest (not in picture).
