I have a 2001 Coachmen Catalina 30 footer, title in hand. It needs some work but will make a great deer camp. It had a leak in the slide out due to a faulty gasket. We tore out the damaged wood and have purchased all the material to fix, just haven't completed.....the fridge doesn't work (haven't traced that problem down so don't know why), and needs the vent cover changed in the master bedroom ($25 fix), and is missing the roll out canopy. Now for the good.....2 brand new tires (less than 100 miles), hot water works, ac works great, sleeps 6 people comfortably, shower & towlet works, has two 7 gallon propane bottles, it just needs some time and thats what I dont have... building my house....call me and we will talk 225-921-7125 if no answer leave voice mail.
