Captain Jack spent the morning with Mark Spizer and friends. They left the dock around 7:10 and were limited out for 8:50am. The Trout are bigger and beautiful, the weather was great and the conditions were awesome. After a great catch the crew left with some great Sweetwater memories and beautiful Trout to take home to prove the fish stories. Captain Jack used Sweetwater live bait and Matrix Shad (shrimp Creole) and fished in Little Lake using a popping cork. The fishing is great and Captain Jack has a Charter available for Wednesday the 21st. If anyone is interested give us a call at 504-342-2368 and we’ll put you in the action. We also have a few lodging availabilities for the weekend of the 23rd. We have plenty of live bait and plastics, and the tides look good for the weekend.
