Dularge Trout on Fire 7-31-12
What a incredible way to end July!! I had Cody Lenert back on board the Big Bluewave for another Beat the heat Trout Slam. Cody had Biff Partridge, Jonathon Walker, and Craig Barclay join us for the bite. The bite was on again as soon as I pulled up and killed the engine. We had trout Coming in from every direction. Double rigged Avocado Matrix Shad, and TTF KFMS in East Beast color were the two best baits tonight. All plastics, as there is never a need for live bait on night trips. Slow steady retrieve is what the fish wanted. We filled the Yeti and left them biting. Thanks guys for another exceptional trip.
This bite should continue through August so call me if your looking to beat the heat and slam some trout
